This Certification is aimed at individuals who wish to bring knowledge into their lives that fosters personal development through a new, inclusive and broad perspective that foregrounds our connections, thus shedding new light on our own history, relationships, and connections. This expanded perspective considers love and its flow as an essential element of human well-being. It cultivates a conscious connection with the flow of life as it is, creating within us the ever-increasing capacity to live the present moment in all its richness, fully, in every breath of life.
This training is also aimed at those interested in pursuing professional training in the field of therapeutic care and therapeutic facilitation of Family Constellations. The training therefore comprehensively addresses the field of systemic and transgenerational knowledge proposed by Bert Hellinger (a German therapist and philosopher who developed and articulated this new field of knowledge) and incorporates other currents that are related to this central approach, particularly integrating trauma as a natural element of human experience, at the individual, family, and social levels.
The training consists of two theoretical and practical levels. The first level, consisting of 14 monthly modules, explores and presents this knowledge, applying it to understanding and working with participants' own life stories. The second level, with four specialized modules and a certification module, is specifically designed for those interested in continuing professional training in Family Constellations facilitation.
A core objective of our institution is to offer high-quality academic training that provides effective tools for human development and professional development in this therapeutic field. Likewise, it is also important to offer and disseminate knowledge that promotes peace and a culture of inclusion and genuine appreciation for diversity.
For this reason, the Light upon Light Institute (ILSL) and its Center for Systemic Studies are honored to announce a collaborative partnership with the Latin American Center for Family Constellations (CLCF) of Argentina and its founder, Professor Tiiu Bolzmann, who will certify the training of those students who successfully complete this academic program.
The Latin American Center for Family Constellations (CLCF) was founded by the prestigious therapist and disciple of Bert Hellinger, Lic. Tiiu Bolzmann—currently its Academic Coordinator—and is currently directed by Professor Susana Sciarresi. Since 1999, this association has been seriously committed to the dissemination, development, and research of Family Constellations, bringing excellence, innovation, and quality to this field in Latin America.
Thus, in this International Training in "Family Constellations and Trauma Integration," our institutional purpose is fully fulfilled. It addresses and deepens knowledge that is highly transformative in the vision and understanding of the field of our relationships. And, those who participate in the training, while developing professionally, deepen their knowledge that serves human development, the healing of the soul, and the exploration and integration of the inner realm, giving them the opportunity to grow and explore fundamental areas of their own history, family, and our way of relating to life.
The knowledge offered far transcends the realms explored in other contemporary approaches, as it delves into the depths of both the individual and the community. The training, which will be offered in person, includes experiential work. In fact, an important pedagogical thread in the training is fostering learning through direct experience and the deepening and application of theoretical knowledge.
Therefore, it is almost a natural internal response for those involved in learning, contemplating, and deeply analyzing their own personal, family, and work issues while developing the skills and abilities necessary for professional therapeutic practice.
We therefore extend a warm welcome to all those who wish to join us on this journey of knowledge and inner development.
Contents and objectives
This training, in its first level of 14 modules, is aimed at developing the skills and training (theoretical and practical) necessary to integrate the principles and foundations of Family Constellations. The journey through these first 14 modules includes the profound experience of internal exploration for each participant—which will promote personal growth and development—and the study of the discoveries and theoretical contributions of the most prominent theorists in the systemic and transgenerational fields. Learning and practicing this knowledge by addressing one's own life and family history—recognizing the internal spaces and relational aspects that require emotional management and healing—uncovers wisdom useful for all aspects of life and for better emotional performance in relationships and in the profession, in any area where this wisdom is applied. Upon completing the 14 modules and meeting the requirements for this level, those interested in accessing this knowledge as part of their personal development and growth, and to enrich their previous profession, will receive a certificate of participation recognizing that they have successfully completed the first level of the training, becoming a "Systemic Communicator." This means that they have received the foundations that allow them to responsibly share basic information related to the fundamental principles of this wisdom.
In its second level, the Family Constellation Certification—which consists of four professionalization modules and one Certification module—participants will complete their professional training to facilitate Family Constellations and receive the corresponding Certification.
This "Training in Family Constellations and Trauma Integration" is rooted in the broad theoretical field and philosophy developed by Bert Hellinger, as well as in the important contributions of other leading specialists in this systemic and transgenerational field. This knowledge, wisdom, and practices deepen our understanding of life, relationships, bonds, and human systems, as well as our understanding and perception of the dynamics at work within them.
